In the Executive Lounge, I found the timing details lacking. it opens late on weekdays and offers limited food options in between. My air conditioning malfunctioned on the first night, creating an uncomfortable situation until it was finally resolved. there was a hiccup in communication regarding my belongings during a room change. they called to confirm my checkout while I was assured things were being handled. Lastly, the cleanliness in the rooms could use improvement, as I noticed a cigarette smell lingering in one of them.

Breakfast variety was delightful, and facilities great.

Chilling by the pool was lekker, especially with a view of the city lights at night. The staff were really friendly, making us feel right at home, and the brekkie spread was just amazing—live music while you eat, what a vibe!

The air con was a bit noisy, but we just closed our eyes and rocked it anyway, not a major hassle at all.

The breakfast spread is the best you can find in any hotel in JB. Loved the vibe with live music, really set the mood for the day. And check this, the lobby’s decor is super eye-catching too.

my stay at amari was wonderful! the staff were super friendly, helping us check in an hour early. the superior king room was huge and comfy. breakfast had a great variety, and i loved the snooker room for some fun downtime. really enjoyed the relaxing services offered.
